Location and project details:

• A hotel investment project in the Esenyurt area, which is considered one of the preferred areas for investors in Istanbul in the European part of it. It is a vital area and the most important roads in the city pass through it, namely the E5 and E80, which are considered the city's artery, and from them you can reach all areas of Istanbul.
• This project is built on a luxurious international engineering system, and it consists of two high-rise towers, the first with a hotel system and the second with a residential system. Its investment importance lies in the possibility of benefiting from the two systems in investment and the high rental return of these apartments.
